Returns, Exchange, & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer an easy return, exchange, and refund process:

• Free Shipping: We provide free shipping on all orders.

• Payment Mode: Please choose the prepaid option to avoid an INR 100 handling fee per product for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Refunds

• Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed back to the original payment method.
  

• COD order refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer / UPI, once the return is approved.

Important Note

• We strongly recommend recording a video while opening/unpacking your order, ensuring all stickers and labels are intact.

• This video will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged product(s) or parcel(s).

• Without video proof, it will be difficult for us to proceed with returns or refunds.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

• Only one exchange per product is allowed.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled or modified (contact number, address, product style, or size) only if they have not yet been dispatched from our warehouse.
